Change Procedure

1. Touch "Forgot Password" in the middle right of the login screen to display the email address input screen.

2. Enter the email address used at the time of login and confirm that the authentication code has been sent to the specified email address.

※ If you forget the email address used at the time of login, please contact your company's administrator or support@flow-solutions.com.

3. Return to the app, enter the verification code, and create a new password.

※ If you do not receive the verification code, please touch 'Resend Verification Code'.

4. Enter the new password. After creation, the previous password will be reset.
