Clicker is a counter feature that lets you measure Traffic and other KPIs using the app. This page walks through the full flow — from launching Clicker to recording and saving a measurement.
Tap "KPIS" from the menu.
Tap "Clicker" from the display options.
If a measurement environment is configured, you'll go straight to the measurement screen.
If a measurement environment is not configured, you won't be able to proceed to the measurement screen. If this happens even though you've configured your environment, a likely cause is that a store code isn't linked to your account. In that case, please reach out to the Flow support team via chat.
Tap where the store name is shown to open the store filter. The box shows the currently selected store — be sure to check it before starting a measurement.
Tapping the store filter shows a list of stores available for measurement. Tap the store you want to measure to go to its measurement screen.
Tap the date filter at the top of the screen to open it. The filter shows the currently selected date — be sure to check it before changing the setting.
Tapping the date filter opens a date-setting screen at the bottom of the screen. Only the past 2 days can be selected. Once you pick a date, the setting is complete.
Tap the time period filter at the top of the screen to open it. The filter shows the currently selected time — be sure to check it before changing the setting.
Tapping the time period filter opens a time-setting screen at the bottom of the screen. Set it to the time period you want to enter values for, then tap "Done." This completes the time period setting.
When you open the Clicker page, a measurement banner appears at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm the store, date, and time are correct, then enter your value.
Tap the "+" button to increase the value, or the "–" button to decrease it. Tapping a button vibrates the device and updates the number in the center.
*Depending on your device, it may not vibrate when you tap a button.
Recorded data is saved automatically.
It syncs automatically to the browser version of Flow.
Syncing happens once every 15 minutes.
Data for the date and store selected when the app opens, plus the previous 2 days, syncs to Flow.
