Open the browser.
Press the following keys to launch the developer tools. Right-click on the screen and select [Inspect].
(Alternatively, press [Shift] + [Ctrl] + [J] or Fn + [F12] key.)
Next, right-click or press and hold on the refresh button next to the address bar in the browser window.
Click [Clear cache and hard reload].
Close the browser and try accessing and logging in to the login page [ https://app.flow-insight.com/auth/login ].
Touch the three dots (・・・) on the far right
Tap on (Clear browsing data) from the list
Check (Browsing history) and (Cached images and files)
Tap on (Clear browsing data)
Launch Edge and click on 'Settings' from the ... (Settings, etc.) button in the top right corner.
Once the settings page is open, click on [Privacy, Search, and Services].
In the Clear browsing data section, click the 'Choose what to clear' button.
When the 'Clear browsing data' screen appears, select the range to delete from the time range dropdown menu.
Check the 'Cached images and files' option and click 'Clear now'.
Close the browser, then try accessing and logging in again at [ https://app.flow-insight.com/auth/login ].
Launch the “Settings” app on your iPhone or iPad.
Swipe down to find “Safari.”
Open Safari, scroll down the screen, and select “Clear History and Website Data.”
Close the browser and try accessing and logging in again at [ https://app.flow-insight.com/auth/login ].
