The number of visitors data measured through the sensor is reflected on the platform at least once an hour.
In addition, the update time is 30 minutes per hour (for example, data from 10:00 to 10:59 will be reflected at 11:30).
The default setting is set to be updated in the shortest time, but some companies update it once a day according to how often they update their POS data, so please contact your administrator or our customer support for details.
