# Integrating shift data

The benefits of integrating shift data, and how to set it up.

## Benefits of Integrating Shift Data

Integrating shift data lets you analyze staff efficiency by store, and by cross-referencing it with data such as traffic, calculate metrics like traffic per staff member.

We can import data at intervals as short as 1 hour, so you can analyze detailed data such as reviewing shifts by time slot.

## Data Fields That Can Be Integrated

-   Number of Staff
    
-   Sales per Staff (calculated)
    
-   Traffic per Staff (calculated)
    

## How It's Integrated

There are two main ways to import shift data.

## Manual Import

You can manually import shift data via the browser-based platform.

Import is completed by entering data into the designated CSV (or Excel) format and uploading it to the site.

## Automatic Import

Shift data can also be automatically integrated via API or FTP.

Whether this is possible depends on your current attendance-management system (vendor), so please check with us if you're considering automatic integration.

## Price

There is no fee for manual imports.

For automatic integration, an initial fee (integration work fee) may apply depending on the integration method.
