Integrating POS data

The benefits of integrating POS data, and how to set it up.

Benefits of Integrating POS Data

Integrating POS data lets you analyze daily sales progress on the platform, and by cross-referencing it with data like traffic, calculate metrics like purchase rate.

We can import data at intervals as short as 1 hour, so you can analyze detailed data such as peak-time trends.

Data Fields That Can Be Integrated

  • Sales Amount

  • Number of Purchases (Transactions)

  • Number of Items Sold

  • Average Spend per Customer (calculated)

  • Average Product Price (calculated)

How It's Integrated

There are two main ways to import POS data.

Manual Import

You can manually import POS data via the browser-based platform.

Import is completed by entering data into the designated CSV (or Excel) format and uploading it to the site.

*For more details on manual imports, seethisarticle.

[Flow Classic] About Importing

Automatic Import

POS data can also be automatically integrated via API or FTP.

Whether this is possible depends on your current POS system (vendor), so please check with us if you're considering automatic integration.

Price

There is no fee for manual imports.

For automatic integration, an initial fee (integration work fee) may apply depending on the integration method. For a quote, please reach out via theinquiry formor your sales contact.
