Click on the Assistant in the Assistant (β) menu and check the two types of reception notifications.
Click on one of the bots and check the skills.
Click on the preview of each skill to check the reception content.
Use the blue checkboxes to configure whether to receive or not.
Once confirmed, click Next.
Select the store where you want to receive bot messages. *By default, recipients only receive data from their own store. (Head office and AM/SV users can change the store data they receive in [Settings]. Edit your account in [User], and check the [Workplace] field of the store you want to receive messages from by adding the store. For more details, please refer tothis "User Management Guide.")
After confirming the recipient, click Next.
Check the time to receive the skill and the user of the store data to be received.
If there are any changes, click Edit to return to the settings.
Click Save to receive messages according to data changes and schedules.
Click the message icon at the top right of Flow.
Click the bot you want to view and check the message content.

To support store users in achieving their daily sales targets, improving sales through the use of POS and customer visit data, the following template skills are provided. These template skills automatically notify each store user when the previous day's sales, number of visitors, and purchase rate are lower than the same period last year.
Template Skill Name: Sales Down
Target KPI: Sales
Selected Period / Comparison Period: Yesterday / Same Sunday Last Year
Feature Details: When sales for the previous day are lower compared to the comparison period, performance improvement suggestions will be proposed.
Template Skill Name: Visitor Rate Down

Feature details: Receive the first half KPI results from the start of the day's business until 2 PM. As a comparison, the figures for the same day of the previous week are also displayed.
In the beta version, you cannot add or edit template bots. These features are planned to be added as optional features in the product version.
In the beta version, the notification settings feature for the browser version is not available.
By unchecking the items for each skill on the 'Assistant' screen, you can disable both notification sounds and content.
You can change notification settings in the Flow app (Flow for mobile).
