How to Use Flow Assistant β.ver

This page introduces the template skills and configuration methods for Flow Assistant β.ver.

※In Flow Assistant β.ver, only the function to receive pre-set templates is available.

※For customers who have released Flow Assistant β.ver, the [Behavior Proposal] will be displayed on the dashboard. (Scheduled to be released sequentially from July 2024)

Set up reception in the assistant menu

  1. Click on the assistant in the Assistant (β) menu and check the two types of reception notifications.

  2. Click on either bot and check the skills.

Preview and reception settings for each message

  1. Click on the preview of each skill to check the reception content.

  2. Set whether to receive with the blue check item.

  3. Once confirmed, click next.

Select the Store to Receive Messages

  1. Select the store to receive bot messages. *The default recipient will only receive data from their own store. (Headquarters and AM/SV users can change the receiving store data in [Settings]. Edit your account in [User] and check the [Workplace] item of the store you want to receive in [Add Store]. For more details, please refer tothis "User Management Method".)

  2. After confirming the recipient, click Next.

Confirmation and Save

  1. Confirm the time to receive the skill and the user of the store data to be received.

  2. If there are any changes, click edit and return to the settings.

  3. Click save to receive messages according to data fluctuations and schedules.

How to Check Messages

  1. Click the message mark at the top right of Flow.

  2. Click the bot you want to view and check the message content.

Flow Assistant β.ver Template Skills

To support store users in achieving their daily sales budget, utilizing POS and customer visit data to improve sales, the following template skills automatically notify each store user when the previous day's sales, number of visitors, and purchase rate are negative compared to the same day last year.

Template Examples

Template Skill Name: Sales Down

Target KPI: Sales

Selected Period / Comparison Period: Yesterday / Same Sunday Last Year

Function Details: When the previous day's sales are negative compared to the comparison period, we propose performance improvement suggestions.

Template Skill Name: Visit Rate Down

Target KPI: Visit Rate

Selected Period / Comparison Period: Yesterday / Same Sunday Last Year

Function Details: When the previous day's visit rate is negative compared to the comparison period, we propose performance improvement suggestions.

Template Skill Name: Sales Target Achievement Rate Down

Target KPI: Sales Target Achievement Rate

Selected Period / Comparison Period: Yesterday / Same Sunday Last Year

Feature details: When the previous day's sales target achievement rate is negative compared to the comparison period, we will propose performance improvement measures.

Template skill name: Daily Report

Target KPI: Sales, Sales Target Achievement Rate, Number of Visitors, Number of Purchases, Purchase Rate, Average Purchase Amount, Average Number of Items Purchased, Product Unit Price

Selected Period / Comparison Period: Selected Period / Comparison Period: Today / Previous Period

Feature details: Receive the results of the day in real-time. As a comparison, the figures for the same day of the previous week are also displayed.

Template skill name: First Half Results

Target KPI: Sales, Sales Target Achievement Rate, Number of Visitors, Number of Purchases, Purchase Rate, Average Purchase Amount, Average Number of Items Purchased, Product Unit Price

Selected Period / Comparison Period: Today

Feature details: Receive the first half KPI results from the start of the day's business until 2 PM. As a comparison, the figures for the same day of the previous week are also displayed.

In the beta version, you cannot add or edit template bots. These features are planned to be added as options in the product version.

Notification Settings

In the β.ver, you cannot use the notification settings feature of the browser version.

From the 'Assistant' screen, you can stop both notification sounds and content by unchecking each skill.

You can change the notification settings in the Flow app (Flow for mobile).
