How Flow Assistant Works
The Assistant is composed of Bots and Skills.
The definitions of each are as follows.
Name and Definition
Bot
A Bot is responsible for managing multiple skills collectively.
Skill
A Skill represents a single process. For example, a process that retrieves specified KPI data from a database at a pre-specified date and time and delivers it to a designated user is considered a single skill.
As shown in the 'Diagram: Assistant Configuration,' users can receive information from the Flow Assistant in any desired format. Created skills can be saved to any bot.
Skills send messages, images, KPI results, files, and other content to specified destinations via designated media (e.g., email, Flow for mobile) according to pre-configured programs set by the user or system.

Adding and Editing Skills
We introduce a feature to add and edit skills that allow users to set desired conditions, schedules, and destinations based on KPIs linked with Flow.

Release of Flow Assistant β.ver
We have released the β.ver as a trial version to allow Flow users to experience the convenience of Flow Assistant as soon as possible.
In the β.ver, to support store users in achieving their daily sales targets and improving sales by utilizing POS and customer visit data, a template Skill has been assigned to each store user. This template Skill automatically notifies users around 9 a.m. if the previous day's sales, number of visitors, purchase rate, etc., are lower than the same day last year.
