[Flow Classic] About the Settings Menu

A guide to where the Settings menu is, what each item is for, and how permission settings can restrict what you see.

This article describes Flow Classic, the previous version of Flow. Some screens and features may differ from the new app.

Role settings can only be configured by administrators and accounts with the required permission.

Settings Menu Location

This explains the Settings item found under the account icon in the menu bar.

The Settings menu includes the following items.

Item	Purpose	Use Case
General	Change company information, contact details, and default calendar settings.	・I want to change the contact details ・I want to change the calendar display settings
Stores	Manage store-related settings such as business hours and other store details.	・I want to change a store's business hours ・I want to edit a store's name ・I want to change a store's status because it's closing or temporarily closed
Users	Add users, deactivate or edit users, and manage other user-related settings.	・I want to add a user ・I want to deactivate an account because a user has left or transferred ・I want to change the stores a user can view ・I want to change the role assigned to a user
Role Management	Create roles and grant/edit roles' access permissions to reports, tools, and settings modules.	・I want to restrict access to pages or Flow for mobile by role ・I want to change a role's access permissions
Common Groups	Create your own store groups or Area Manager groups, and add/edit stores within them.	・I want to create my own store groups for analysis ・I want to add an Area Manager group
Brands	Create and edit brands.	・I want to analyze stores by brand ・I want to add a brand
