[Flow Classic] Understanding Store Rankings

A guide to the ranking table, which ranks stores by absolute value or rate of change for a selected KPI.

This article describes Flow Classic, the previous version of Flow. Some screens and features may differ from the new app.

Ranking lets you display a store-by-store ranking for a selected KPI.

The left side shows the top performers, the right side shows the bottom performers, and you can also choose how many stores are shown.

Changing the Displayed KPI

Click "Select KPI" at the top right (outlined in red in the image above) to show a list of available KPIs.

Click the KPI you want — once the name shown in the box updates, you're done.

Setting the Number of Stores Displayed

You can set the number of stores shown in the ranking to "10 stores", "20 stores", or "All stores".

*10 stores is selected by default.

Choosing Absolute Values or Rate of Change

You can display the ranking as either "absolute values" or "rate of change".

Click the arrow icon next to "Absolute" or "Change" to switch the display.

*Top and bottom rankings are not linked, so each needs to be set separately.
