Reports are typically exported as Excel files.
If you open the Excel file directly as CSV, some symbols may change or disappear.
Example: % → becomes just a number
Converting the Excel file to CSV properly preserves the original symbols.

Open the exported Excel file.
Select [File] → [Save As].
In the [Save As] dialog, choose "CSV (Comma delimited)" from the [File Type] list.
Specify the [Save Location] and click [Save].
