# If you forget your password

What to do if you forget your password.

If you forget your password, follow these steps to set a new one.

-   Click "Forgot password" on the login screen.
    
-   Enter the email address linked to your account.
    
-   Click the confirm button.
    
-   After clicking confirm, a password reset email is sent to the email address linked to your account.
    
-   Sender: [customer-success@flow-solutions.com](mailto:customer-success@flow-solutions.com)
    
-   Subject: (No reply needed) How to reset your Flow login password
    
-   Click the link in the email.
    
-   This opens the password reset screen.
    
-   Enter your new password in the "Password" field.
    
-   Enter your new password again in the "Confirm password" field.
    
-   Click "Reset password."
