Application Method
Apply via the chat function at the bottom right of the Flow site, above the help center.
Apply to the Flow support team from 'Contact Us' within 'Home'.
After entering the necessary information from the template below, please send the message.
Apply for an additional staff exclusion card.

※The product number starts with AC~ as indicated on the card.
Please enter the product number of the device with a dead battery.
※Each store can own up to 5 cards.
Please note that an additional fee will be charged for the application of the 6th card.
Delivery
Delivery processing will be done on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays.
Depending on the region, it may take more than 2 days for delivery. (Hokkaido, Okinawa, etc.)
The delivered products can be used as they are without any special operations.
Please dispose of the staff exclusion card with a dead battery at the store.
