How to Apply for an Additional Staff Exclusion Card
We will guide you on how to apply for an additional staff exclusion Bluetooth card after the battery runs out.
By carrying one card per staff member, the store entrance can detect the tag via Bluetooth and automatically exclude it from the visit count.
The power is already on, so no basic operation is required.
* Pressing the tag for 5 seconds will turn off the power and stop the function. Please refrain from using it in the back pocket of pants where the main body is easily pressed.
How to check the tag's power On/Off and battery level
1) Download the "BeaconSET+" app from the Apple App Store or Android Apps.
2) Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone.
3) With the Bluetooth on your smartphone turned on, launch "BeaconSET+".
4) Check the 12-digit alphanumeric string starting with "AC" written on the staff exclusion tag.
Example: AC:12:34:56:78:91
5) Confirm that the target alphanumeric string is displayed in the "BeaconSET+" scan results. Confirm that the dbm number is fluctuating.
* Bring the APP device closer to the staff exclusion card and use the APP.
If it is not displayed in the scan results, you can turn on the power by pressing about 1 cm below the main body string for 5 seconds.
