Use of Bubble Chart
You can compare the differences in each KPI according to the divided stores/groups based on the number of visitors.
Horizontal and Vertical Axes
・The horizontal axis represents the number of visitors, and from the far right, you can see the stores/groups that are successful in attracting customers. Within the set period, even if you change the vertical axis KPI, it will not fluctuate.
・The vertical axis represents the KPI you want to compare, and the higher it goes, the more it can be said to be a strength of the store.
Store Comparison
The stores/groups on the left and right are likely to be in similar environments.
By comparing the KPIs of the stores on the left and right, if there is a KPI that maintains a higher value than your own store/group, there may be hints or strategies that can be referenced. Let's also exchange information.
※If the bubble marks overlap, you can enlarge the chart by "clicking & dragging" it. You can also adjust it from the enlarge mark at the top right of the chart.
Number of Store Visitors and Purchase Rate
As the number of store visitors increases, it is possible that employees may not be able to keep up, leading to a decrease in the purchase rate.
When setting the vertical axis to the purchase rate and comparing KPIs, it is theoretically possible for the bubble chart to move from the top left to the bottom right. However, let's compare whether the decrease is appropriate with other stores/groups. If the values are lower than those of the stores/groups on the right, consider implementing measures to increase the purchase rate.
