Purposes

You can perform settings and operations related to users, such as adding users, editing, or deleting users.

Use cases

  • You want to add a user

  • You want to delete an account because a user has resigned or transferred

  • You want to change the stores a user can view

  • You want to change the roles assigned to a user

How to Access User Management

Please select [Settings] ⇒ [Users] from the profile icon in the menu bar.

User Management Operation Guide

Adding a New User

  1. To add a new user, click [Add] located at the top right of the management screen.


  2. [Add User] Enter the required information on the screen and click [Save].

    1. If you want to add more role options, please configure them in advance under [Role Management].

    2. For Store Addition, select the stores that can be viewed. The [Management] checkbox is for roles such as SV.

    3. By checking [Workplace], you can receive notifications about data changes for the relevant stores.

* Usernames cannot include email addresses.

* Hover over the information icon in each input field to display guidance for that field.

* User registration is only possible with company domains. Free domains such as @gmail.com cannot be registered. If you wish to add a domain, please contact Flow Solutions support.

Editing Existing Users

Here is an introduction to how to edit existing user information.

  1. Click the edit button in the [Edit] column of the account you want to edit. The existing user information screen [Edit User] will be displayed.

  2. Modify the items you want to edit and select [Save]. This completes the editing of user information.

Deleting Existing Users

Here is how to delete existing users.

  1. Click the delete button in the [Edit] column of the account you want to delete.

  2. If you are sure you want to delete, select [Delete].

Restrictions Due to Permission Settings: When User Management Is Not Displayed, etc.

If you encounter the following issues, such as 'User Management is not displayed,' please check the 'Role' settings.

  • Some parts of the settings menu are not displayed

  • Add, edit, and delete operations cannot be performed

Notes

  • Only administrators and accounts with granted permissions can configure 'Role' settings.
