Step 1: Accessing the FTP Server

Step 2: Connecting to the FTP Server
For easy connection, we recommend using an online FTP client called Filestash:

Open Filestash in your browser.
Enter the FTP server address (
sftp.flow-insight.com
), as well as the username and password.After logging in, navigate to the outgoing folder to check the traffic data.
Step 3: Downloading Data
Location: inside the outgoing folder.
Data update frequency: The previous day's data is updated daily at 8:02 AM. (If a different interval is specified, please check with your account manager)
File format: CSV (Comma-Separated Values).
File name format:
/INSIGHT.TRAFFIC.YYYYMMDD.csv
.
Example:
Data collected on January 23, 2025, will be available as
/INSIGHT.TRAFFIC.20250124.csv
on January 24, 2025.
