How to Retrieve Traffic Data from Flow's FTP Server

This guide explains the steps to easily retrieve traffic data from the Flow FTP server.

Server Address: sftp.flow-insight.com
(IP: 54.65.118.153)
(If a different hostname is provided, please contact your account manager)
Server Port:
- FTP: Port 21
- SFTP: Port 22
  (If a different port number is specified, please confirm with your account manager)

For easy connection, we recommend using an online FTP client called Filestash:

Open Filestash in your browser.
Enter the FTP server address (sftp.flow-insight.com), as well as the username and password.
After logging in, navigate to the outgoing folder to check the traffic data.

Location: inside the outgoing folder.
Data update frequency: The previous day's data is updated daily at 8:02 AM. (If a different interval is specified, please check with your account manager)
File format: CSV (Comma-Separated Values).
File name format: /INSIGHT.TRAFFIC.YYYYMMDD.csv.

Example:

Data collected on January 23, 2025, will be available as /INSIGHT.TRAFFIC.20250124.csv on January 24, 2025.

Q: I can't log in
Please double-check that your login information is correct. If the issue persists, contact Flow Support.
