# Can staff be excluded from visit measurements?

Information on whether it is possible to exclude staff from visit measurements

> Whether staff exclusion is possible depends on the system implemented.
> 
> **For TDI 2D/3D sensors:**  
> No. Staff exclusion cannot be performed.

**For BrickStream 3D sensor + BLT equipped models:**  
With the default option, staff exclusion cannot be performed.  
Some models allow us to propose an optional add-on service where staff can carry a BLT exclusion card to exclude a certain number of staff members for an additional fee.  
\*Even with an exclusion card, staff cannot be completely excluded.

  
**For Vion sensors:**  
With the default option, staff exclusion cannot be performed.  
We can propose an optional add-on service using AI filtering to exclude a certain number of staff members for an additional fee.  
\*Even with an exclusion card, staff cannot be completely excluded.
