The CloudTrax Administration server is behind the load balancer. We recommend setting the firewall based on each DNS since the global IP address may change appropriately.
"Connection Keeper" may stop running abruptly due to timeout settings (if set to turn off after a short amount of time). We recommend that your firewall's TCP and HTTPS timeout settings be at least 10 minutes (600 seconds).
Cisco router models RV350, RV345P, and RV340W on firmware release 1.0.01.17 will be blocked from the Cloudtrax Administration server due to the content filtering system. Please update the router's firmware to beta version 1.0.01.1702 or later.
Wi-Fi sensors have tunnel software systems (SSH connections) embedded into them for resolving advanced bugs. If you prefer to prevent access to your sensors, you can block access from this IP address in your firewall settings: vpn.cloudtrax.com (52.40.90.171), fixed IP address (TCP port 18991).
