BrickStream-Flow Network (In-store Trends)

How and where is the In-Store Trends Counter/Wi-Fi Counter connected to?

Being able to understand in-store trends and activities are key when planning your next steps as a company.
Brickstream easens this process by collecting data and sending it to the Cloudtrax server.

Below is a easy to follow Wi-Fi Network Configuration Diagram (split into two parts so that we can dig a bit deeper)

Important FYIs that are also listed in the diagram below:

- Load balancer

The CloudTrax  Administration server is behind the load balancer.
We recommend setting the firewall based on each DNS since the global IP address may change appropriately.

-Firewall time-outs
“Connection Keeper” may stop running abruptly due to timeout settings(if set to turn off after a short amount of time).
We recommend that your firewalls TPC.  Moreover, HTTPS timeout settings to be at least 10 min (600 seconds).

-Cisco router model compatibility
Cisco router models RV350, RV345P. RV340W Firmware release 1.0.01.17 will be blocked from the
Cloudtrax Administration server due to the content filtering system.
Please update the router`s firmware to Beta version 1.0.01.1702 orlater.

-Advanced troubleshooting
Wi-Fi sensors have tunnel software systems (SSH connections) embedded into them for resolving advanced bugs.
If you prefer to prevent them accessing your sensors, you can block access from certain IP addresses (listed below) from your firewall settings.
vpn.cloudtrax.com (52.40.90.171) Fixed IP Address (TCP Port 18991)
