[New Flow] How to Add a Memo

Each Memo can be associated with a store, date, and time. You can tag it to make it easier to find later, and include an image. Memos can be created from any trend chart on the dashboard, or from anywhere in Flow, whenever something important happens.

Steps

1. Create a new Memo from a dashboard trend chart or from anywhere in Flow.

2. Select the relevant store, date, and time.

3. Enter the event, observation, or context you want to record.

4. Attach an image to show what happened — for example, a photo of a VMD or display change.

5. Add a tag to categorize the Memo.

6. Save the Memo.

Record the event while it is still fresh. A few sentences are enough. Details get harder to remember over time.
