Pulse is a weekly check-in Store Managers complete to reflect on the past week — a quick rating, plus space to note what happened, framed around your biggest challenge and biggest win.
While you're checking in, Flow shows your Memos from that week alongside the form, so you don't have to rely on memory. A related Memo from the week may also be referenced in your AI insight. The best pattern: record events in Memos as they happen during the week, then review them when you sit down to submit Pulse.
After you rate the week, Flow AI writes a short insight just for you — combining your rating and notes with your store's actual KPI movement that week. This insight is private. Only you can see it, not your Area or Brand Manager.
Once you submit, your Area or Brand Manager can see your rating, notes, and tags, along with a weekly report combining check-ins across the stores they oversee. They do not see your personal AI insight.
A check-in can be in one of three states:
Draft — rated but not yet submitted. Only you can see it, and you can keep editing it freely.
Submitted — visible to your manager. You can still edit it, but they'll see the update.
Final — locked once a new week begins.
