Your company's knowledge and data are protected throughout their use. |
Documents are uploaded through HTTPS/TLS-encrypted connections and saved in Flow-managed cloud storage. Original files are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and protected by access controls.
Flow extracts and organizes document content into searchable company knowledge. When specialized processing is required, the source content needed for that specific task is transferred over an encrypted connection. Documents are not published.
Prepared company knowledge is stored in an AES-256 encrypted, searchable database. Company-scoped access controls and user permissions keep each organization's content separate from other Flow customers.
When an authorized user asks FIDA a question, Flow retrieves relevant company passages rather than the entire document library. The question and selected information are transferred over an encrypted connection for AI processing. Relevant KPI data or memos may also be used when needed to answer the question.
Stored user information, KPI data, documents, and memos are encrypted using AES-256 (encryption at rest). HTTPS/TLS protects web application traffic and document transfers. Supported file integrations also use secure protocols such as SFTP over SSH.
Company- and user-level permissions limit access to authorized users. Each organization's knowledge is separated within Flow so it is not made public or available to other customer accounts.
Specialized processing services receive task-relevant content over encrypted connections for document preparation or AI answers. They are not granted unrestricted access to your company's complete document library.
Flow manages original file storage, the encrypted knowledge database, company-specific permissions, and the retrieval workflow used to support FIDA responses.
Company knowledge protected for authorized useFlow Connections makes internal knowledge useful to authorized employees while preserving confidentiality and company-specific access restrictions.
