What if I lose a staff exclusion tag?

What to do if you lose a staff exclusion tag.

If you lose a staff-exclusion tag, you can pay for the lost tag and either have it replaced or order additional tags.

Our support team will assist you — please let us know about the loss following the steps below.

*Store staff should first get approval from your head office contact before reaching out to our support team.

Step 1: Report the Loss to Flow

Please let our support team know the following via the inquiry form:

  • Number of tags lost

  • Name of the store where they were lost

Step 2: Purchase of Lost Tags

You will be charged for the lost tags at the price below, based on the number lost.

Price for a lost tag: ¥3,200 per tag (excl. tax)

You will need to approve the quote.

Step 3: Replacement / Additional Order of Staff-Exclusion Tags

If needed, we will replace or order additional staff-exclusion tags.

*How this is handled depends on how many tags you're using — see below for details.

If the number of staff-exclusion tags in use is within the initial 5-tag allotment

We will send replacement tags free of charge. This does not affect your monthly management fee.

If the number of staff-exclusion tags in use exceeds the initial 5-tag allotment (i.e. you've already ordered additional tags)

Additional tags can be ordered for a fee. If you don't wish to order additional tags, the monthly management fee for the affected tags will be removed starting the month after the loss.

Step 4: Reshipping Staff-Exclusion Tags

Any additionally ordered tags will be shipped directly to the relevant store.

Notes

*Regardless of whether it's within or beyond the initial allotment, the fee for a lost tag is ¥3,200 per tag (excl. tax).

*Shipping replacement tags may take about a week depending on domestic stock availability.

*If a lost tag is found after payment, no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding — please dispose of it.
