Account Type | What You Can See | What To Do |
Store Account | For reports from other stores, what you can see is limited by your company's internal permission settings. | Check with your internal system administrator about your viewing permissions. |
HQ Account | Can view all stores. | If you can't, there may be an issue with your settings — please contact your administrator. |
Admin Account | Can change any account’s viewing permissions from [User Management] in the settings menu. | For bulk changes across multiple users, or if you have any questions, please contact Flow Support via the contact form. |
