Visitor count data measured by the sensor is reflected on the platform at least once an hour, updating at 30 minutes past the hour.
E.g. Data from 10:00–10:59 is reflected at 11:30.
The default setting updates as frequently as possible, but some companies update it once a day instead, to match how often their POS data updates. Contact your administrator or our customer support for details.
