Connections brings SOPs, manuals, and other company documents into Flow, so Flow AI can answer based on how your company actually operates — not just general information.
By default, only Administrators and HQ can add, edit, or delete sources. This is deliberate: documents added here become material Flow AI treats as authoritative company knowledge, so it needs to be centrally curated rather than open to anyone to upload.
Other roles can still see what has been added — this is a permission design, not a bug. It can be changed per role in Settings → Access.
These are the sources you manage directly — added, edited, and removed from this screen.
These show up here too, with a live count, but they aren't added from this screen — manage them from their own tabs. Connections just gives you the full picture of everything feeding Flow AI in one place.
Signals like POS, sensors, and weather also feed Flow AI. This section is view-only in the app for now.
Each source has a "Used by Flow AI" toggle. Turn it off for anything you want stored in Connections for reference, without Flow AI factoring it into its answers.
Ready to add something? See "How to Add a Source to Connections" for the steps, or "Getting the Most from Connections" for what's worth connecting.
