Connections is most useful for material Flow AI can draw on to give answers grounded in how your company actually operates, not just general advice:
SOPs and operating procedures
Brand guidelines
Product manuals
Training materials
Campaign briefs
These match the category tags available when adding a document, which makes them easier to find again later.
For anything that already exists as a file — a PDF manual, a Word document, an official guideline.
For content that lives on a webpage and changes occasionally — an internal wiki page, a public policy page.
For a short, self-contained fact that doesn't need a whole document — a single policy line, a quick reference number, an answer to a common question.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
If you're storing something in Connections for your own reference but don't want it factored into Flow AI's answers — a draft, something outdated but kept for record — turn the toggle off rather than leaving it out entirely.
